1. Service Description

MyntCredit provides credit repair services, including credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation, and dispute submission to credit bureaus on your behalf. We work within the legal framework of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to help you dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or unfair items on your credit reports.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to help improve your credit, we cannot guarantee specific results. Credit bureaus and creditors make independent decisions about disputes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the nature of the items being disputed, and the documentation available.

We do guarantee our 90-day money-back policy for Pro members: if we cannot get at least one item removed or corrected within 90 days of starting service, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Only dispute items that you believe to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or unfair
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
  • Not use our services for any fraudulent purpose
  • Keep your login credentials secure

4. Authorization

By signing up for MyntCredit, you authorize us to:

  • Pull your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
  • Submit disputes to credit bureaus on your behalf
  • Communicate with creditors and bureaus regarding your disputes
  • Access your account to monitor dispute progress

5. Pricing and Billing

Credit Analysis ($4.99 one-time): Includes credit report, specialist review, and dispute strategy. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Pro Membership ($29/month): Includes everything in Credit Analysis plus unlimited dispute rounds, priority support, and our 90-day money-back guarantee. Billed monthly until cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro Membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except under our 90-day money-back guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyntCredit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to credit repair assistance. We are not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus or creditors, changes to credit scoring models, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
